Toyota has revealed that they will present their "vision for the future of mobility" during the 2015 Tokyo Motor Show. As part of their vision, they will be hosting the world premiere of their three new concept cars.

Toyota's first concept, the S-FR, is a fun-to-drive entry-level sports car. The lightweight concept car has a look and dimensions similar to the Mazda's Miata.

According to Toyota's press release, the S-FR Concept emphasizes a smooth, responsive and direct handling that "aims to make a whole new generation fall in love with driving."

The concept sports car's exterior features a long nose and a wide stance. The interior features a simple and polished design that complements the overall look of the concept car.

The S-FR has its engine mounted behind the front axle for optimal weight distribution. While powertrain options have yet to be revealed, it will be paired with a six-speed manual gearbox and independent suspension.

Toyota will also be unveiling the FCV Plus, the concept vehicle that previews the hydrogen-based vehicles of the future. The concept car features a futuristic and distinct shape that conveys the vehicle's advanced technology and outstanding environmental performance.

The car is powered by a fuel cell stack, which is located between the front tires and the hydrogen tank located behind the rear seat. Despite the compact nature of the FCV Plus, the cabin is spacious.

Aside from the hydrogen tank of the FCV Plus, it also has hydrogen stored outside the vehicle that can generate power. Thus, the vehicle can also be a stable source of electricity for the home.

Finally, Toyota will be revealing the Kikai, a hot rod-inspired concept car with an innovative design. The car's design aims to emphasize the fundamental appeal of machines: "their fine craftsmanship, their beauty, simplicity and their fascinating motion."

While vehicles tend to conceal their components within the car, the Kikai Concept displays its components openly. Its eye-catching mechanical details include the outboard suspension and its analog instruments.

The Kikai concept also features 1 2 seating, where the driver is placed at the center of the car. The expansive side windows also allow passengers to enjoy the urban and natural landscapes outside.

The 2015 Tokyo Motor Show will be held from Oct. 28 through Nov. 8.
