Skoda has released the first images of the VisionS Concept SUV, scheduled to make its way to Geneva for the International Motor Show taking place next month. The VisionS Concept SUV previews the new design language that will be seen in future Skoda SUVs. The concept crossover comes with a modern and powerful design. It also successfully blends design and functionality.

According to the press release, the exterior design of the VisionS Concept SUV will reflect Skoda's new emotional appeal – modern, expressive and sharp. The VisionS Concept comes with a powerful silhouette, with clean and precise edges and lines, chiseled surfaces, a contoured bonnet and a sloping roofline.

The front fascia features a wide and prominent grille and high-set tapered LED headlights. The concept SUV also comes with crystalline elements that pay tribute to the Czech's crystal-glass design. The rear comes with sculpted design cues including the strong diffuser of the large exhaust tailpipes. It also features the Skoda logo and taillights with dynamic crystal housings and C-graphics.

In terms of dimensions, the VisionS Concept SUV is 4.70 meters long, 1.91 meters wide and 1.68 meters high, giving it a commanding presence on the road. Inside, the cabin comes with classic Skoda interiors known for being very spacious. The VisionS Concept will come with three rows and a seven-seat layout.

Skoda has not yet released any technical features of the VisionS Concept. It is, however, believed that the concept crossover may be powered by a 1.4-liter petrol engine, a 1.6-liter diesel engine or a 2.0-liter diesel engine. The powertrain will likely be mated to a six-speed manual transmission or a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. It will also be offered as a front-wheel drive or a four-wheel drive.
