It seems that Amanda Bynes cannot keep herself out of trouble. The former Nickelodeon actress was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs (DUI) early Sunday by California Highway Patrol when she was seen stopping in the middle of a Los Angeles intersection at approximately 4 in the morning.

According to the police report, the actress was cooperative but physically looked "disheveled," looking like she might be under the influence of an unidentified substance. Bynes was taken into custody, and was released after a bail of $15,000 was posted hours later.

Bynes is still on probation after she hit a Los Angeles county sheriff police car in 2012, when she was arrested for driving under the influence.

In February, Bynes pleaded "no contest" on reckless driving and alcohol-related charges. It is still unknown how this recent arrest will affect the guidelines of her probation.

Just last June, Bynes found mercy with a New York judge who dismissed a case against her for allegedly throwing a bong from her high-rise 36th floor apartment. Bynes agreed to get counseling and adhere to the rules regarding the case.

Last year, the actress was able to get out of a hit-and-run case when she struck a deal with the other party. It was also in 2013 when Bynes received psychiatric treatment after she allegedly "lit and started" a fire in the driveway of her home in Thousand Oaks, Calif.
