CW's "Arrow" went on a brief break after airing episode 15 of season three that featured a shocking twist. At the end of the episode, Ra's Al Ghul offered the most prominent seat of his kingdom to Oliver Queen. The question that begs to be answered is: will he take it?

The trailer for episode 15 aptly named "The Offer" seems to suggest he will as Ra's background voice declares "Oliver Queen is a man destined to be alone. Your city will turn on you, your closest allies will call you a criminal. You will be scorned, and hunted, and then killed. But I can give you a whole world to save. There is more than one path to justice." The clip ends with Oliver wondering, "May be I should be Ra's al Ghul."

However, the episode's official synopsis, as reported by Flickering Myth, indicates that the playboy billionaire will not take the offer. Still pondering over it, Oliver returns home to find a new villain terrorizing Starling City. Dr. Michael Amar, also known as Mumur, is responsible. According to KpopStarz, Murmur goes by the name of Dr. Michael Amar and is a respected neurosurgeon. However, a voice in his head prompts him to go on a killing spree. The comics indicate that The Flash captures Murmur and sentences him to prison. There, he is supposed to die by a lethal injection but the chemical is unable to kill him. He escapes, cuts his tongue and sews his mouth shut, hence bestowing him the name Murmur.

In other news, Laurel and Nyssa bond over their issues with their fathers and Nyssa makes Laurel an offer. Thea now needs to come to terms with her father after Oliver brings Malcolm to the loft to recuperate. Lance shuts out Arrow and Laurel.

Episode 16 will air on March 18 on CW.
