'Avengers: Infinity War' news: Directors drawing up 67 characters; do they include Daredevil?

The very much-awaited Marvel superhero collection movie is already making headlines with its casting news and plot rumors. "Avengers: Infinity War" is going to be the first movie where the whole Marvel Cinematic Universe will be united. There is no doubt that the 2018 film will have a huge budget. And with all the news spreading around, there a lot of speculations about the list of Marvel superhero characters who will be featured in "Avengers: Infinity War Part 1."

Fans have already seen the major superhero characters in the MCU films, such as Captain America, Thor, Ironman, The Hulk, Black Widow, Hawk eye, Ant Man and the amazing Spider-Man, who will soon be featured in the third "Captain America" installment. There are more superheroes that will be brought in according to one of the Marvel movie directors, Joe Russo. At Wizard World New Orleans, he said, "We have so many characters we're dealing with. We're breaking ground on 'Avengers: Infinity War.' We have a board with 67 characters on it," as reported by Comic Book Movie.

One of the most talked about name is the blind bringer of justice, Matt Murdock, also known as the "Daredevil." In a recent report from ET online, actor Charlie Cox was asked if it's true that he received a call about appearing in "Avengers: Infinity War." Cox laughed and denied the statement but as what the report said, the actor would love to be part of the movie, which was jokingly described as a "small Indie film."

As Close-Up reported, Cox's contract requires him to be part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He said, "It's in my contract that if they want me to do it, I'm there, and I would love that. That would be an extension of the dream."

Although his statement certainly hints at his involvement in the upcoming film, nothing has been officially confirmed. Stay tuned for the latest news and updates.
