According to reports, Love and Hip Hop New York star, Erica Mena, is leaving the reality show to star in her own reality show with rapper, Bow Wow.

Several sources stated that reality star Erica Mena from Love and Hip Hop New York is having trouble during the early stages of her engagement to rapper Bow Wow. Reports said that the two are experiencing misunderstandings as they plan their wedding together.

Gossip website, RhymesWithSnitch, first reported the rumor after noticing a slight change in Bow Wow's Facebook page. When Bow Wow proposed to Mena, his Facebook page was once filled with posts about the wedding. A while after, the wedding posts were removed or deleted by the rapper, and the page is now filled with promotional posts about the rapper's future appearance in a CSI spin-off series called "CSI: Cyber."

Because of this, several news sites are reporting that there is trouble in paradise for Mena and Bow Wow. Though the rumors are unconfirmed, one of the reasons that might have triggered the misunderstandings is Mena's past relationship with Love and Hip Hop New York co-star, Cyn Santana. Santana is known to be Mena's ex-lover and their past relationship might be causing a stir in Mena's current relationship with Bow Wow.

To add fuel to the fire, Mena posted a video in her Instagram account professing her love to Bow Wow. Weirdly, Santana was also seen in the clip, and fans are wondering if Mena still has feelings for Santana.

During a radio interview, Mena wished the best for her ex-lover.

"I wish her the best. I think she still feels a way, and I feel bad because I don't want her to go on like that," said Mena.

Meanwhile, rumors are suggesting that Mena will soon leave Love and Hip Hop New York to pursue a starring role in a new reality show with Bow Wow. Website Music Times cited that marriages or relationships that are featured in reality shows "seem to fail." Examples include Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson, and Travis Barker and Carmen Electra.
