The Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare release date is scheduled for November 4, but the game is already making waves, way ahead of its launch, including the announcement of three collector's edition packs.

Atlas Pro Edition ($120), dubbed as the "ultimate package" features a season pass, collectible "Steelbook," soldier's manual and bonus digital content designed to prepare player for new combat.

Atlas Limited Edition ($80) does not include a season pass, but offers a Gorge multiplayer map and the array of items in the Pro Edition.

As the name suggests, Digital Pro Edition ($100) includes all that Atlas features, but is a digital-only pack.

Full contents of each collector's edition are available on the game's website.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is taking an interesting twist with its "Kevin Spacey" animation.

The famed actor is lending his likeness and face to the character of a power-hungry head of a private military company, which is also the game's villain.

Spacey comments on the similarities to his role as Frank Underwood in Netflix's House of Cards drama television series with the one in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare:

"I think they both enjoy making s— happen and not playing by the rules,"

In an interview with GameInformer, General Manager and Co-founder of Sledgehammer Games stressed that Kevin Spacey is their ultimate choice for the role.

"Right from the get-go, he was number one," Schofield says. "The guy is one of the best actors of our generation. I think he has such a great range."

Call of Duty fatigue manifested with weak reviews of the 2013 Call of Duty: Ghosts, after its gameplay paled into comparison versus 2012's Black Ops 2.

This year, all the developments on the game's turf are proving to be heading the way of success.

It can be remembered that Sledgehammer announced that they will be using a brand-new engine for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.

"It's something like 10 times the memory since this is next-gen. With all this extra memory and new mixing technology, we don't have to compress everything. We can make things longer and let them breathe," Sledgehammer's Audio Director Don Veca said.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will be released for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3 and PC.
