Ahead of the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare release date in November, the developers have just revealed a four-player co-op "exo-survival" multiplayer mode, via the latest gameplay trailer entitled "Power Changes Everything."

The co-op mode allows the player to play together with three friends and form an alliance to challenge waves of enemies ranging from soldiers and dogs to drones.

"Players will start by choosing from three exo tiers – light, heavy or specialist – each which has pros and cons, catered to various play styles. As players progress from one level to the next, enemies will become increasingly challenging and some will even have new abilities," the overview noted.

The trailer also featured improved graphics that used the similar motion-picture technology that was used in the movie Avatar.

But perhaps the most exciting thing about the latest Call of Duty game is the big role that Hollywood actor Kevin Spacey will play.

Spacey suits up as the super villain Jonathan Irons, an ultra influential man that has a chilling vision of the future.

In other news, former New York City Mayor Rudy Guiliani pledged support for Activision-Blizzard in a lawsuit filed by ex-Panama dictator Manuel Noriega, over his alleged depiction in the Call of Duty: Black Ops II game.

"Here we have a man who is one of the most notorious criminals in the world, who made himself a public figure by killing people, selling drugs to people, torturing people ... and now because he's a bit player in a video game he is suing," Giuliani told Reuters.

Sledgehammer's latest title will go up against the current top selling games such as Destiny.

The Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare release date is scheduled for Nov. 4 on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3 and PC.
