Activision revealed a lot of details about the upcoming "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" at E3. What they did not mention, however, was the zombie mode in the game. Fortunately, recent news suggest that more information will be provided about the mode at the upcoming San Diego Comic-Con, which will run from July 8th to 12th.

The zombie mode has been a popular DLC for each of the "Call of Duty" game and Activision has looked to build on this by including one in the upcoming installment. However, no details about it have been revealed so far, aside from the fact that it will have a unique form of player progression and a different setting when compared to the rest of the game. But now, according to the ComicCon schedule, gamers can expect to learn more about it on July 9, during the mode's reveal.

The reveal at this year's San Diego Comic-Con will focus on Jason Blundell, the gameplay director for the zombie mode. He is due to provide a demonstration of the mode, as well as introduce the stars who make up the cast. There is also going to be a trailer for the mode that will be revealed on the same day and a zombie memorabilia offered for the lucky few.

In addition, there is going to be a "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" panel and details about the collector's editions of the game will also be made public.

At the E3, attention was focused on the multiplayer mode of the game and it was revealed that it would be replete with futuristic combat situations set in the year 2065. The gameplay footage revealed that players will get to teleport and experience combat with the aid of drones.

"Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" releases on November 6th of this year for the PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One.
