'Chicago P.D' season 2 episode 18 spoilers: Voight caught up in bungled drug robbery; real reason of Halstead's brother's visit comes to light

"Chicago PD" went on a brief hiatus but is now back for good as NBC airs an episode every week. Episode 18 seems to be promising as the police department is involved with a drug robbery gone wrong.

Per CaterMatt, Chicago's police department responds to a drug robbery case that quickly becomes a double murder one. Somehow their investigation links to Voight since the suspect of a double murder was the first person he gave his card to. Voight fights to keep his family safe. At the same time, the real reason behind Will, Halstead's brother's visit to Chicago is revealed. Back in the department, Desk Sargent Platt takes care of a young girl at district. The synopsis teases a Voight-focused episode and since loyal PD fans haven't been treated to too many of them recently, it should be an interesting watch.

TVLine also provides a sneak peek video of this week's episode of Will and Halstead engaging in conversation. Halstead's brother has been described as a playboy and doctor. Will tries to figure out which member of the intelligence has captured Jay's heart. He lists many women and points out they are good-looking. Finally, Jay introduces him to colleague and ex-girlfriend Lindsay who is genuinely surprised to meet someone from Halstead's family. Did Jay's brother just stir up some feelings between the two ex-lovers? Towards the end of the sneak peek video, Lindsay tells Halstead that she can still care about him even though she doesn't want to lose her job. Halstead's brother is played by "Shameless" actor Nick Gehlfuss.

Meanwhile, TVLine reports that "Chicago Med", "Chicago Fire" and P.D's spin-off pilot episode will air in episode 19, which airs next week and stars Halstead's brother, Severide's love interest who is a nurse, actor Oliver Platt as head of psychiatry, star Laurie Holden as an ER surgeon and S. Epatha Merkerson as the hospital's head.

Watch "Get Back To Even" on Wednesday at 10 p.m. on NBC.
