A teenager is found dead inside a famous baseball player's home in the upcoming episode 6, titled "Skin in the Game," of the fourth season of the American police procedural drama "Chicago P.D."

A frustrated neighbor sends a complaint to Burgess (Marina Squerciati) and Officer Sorensen (Kevin Kane). The pair decide to check the house that the neighbors complained about, which belongs to baseball player Jake McCoy (Billy Burke). However, they discover a lifeless body of a teenager, Maya Collins (Violett Beane).

The team finds a conflict in the case. It has been discovered by the Intelligence that Olinsky (Elias Koteas) and McCoy are friends. The baseball player tells the police that he was just helping Maya and her friends to get out of the sex trade.

Apart from the murder case, Burgess and Sorensen will also pin down a thief, who they learn is a former police officer with a dark past. Lindsay (Sophia Bush), on the other hand, receives a mysterious flower delivery. However, she suspects that the sender may have a link to her past.

The promo trailer for "Chicago P.D." season 4 episode "Skin in the Game" shows Burgess and Sorensen discovering the teenager's dead body. Olinsky learns that his friend McCoy is accused of the murder. When Olinsky talks to his friend, he tells him that he can help with his current case just like how he took care of the DUI case. So, it is possible that Olinsky is ready to risk his badge to save McCoy from being imprisoned.

Meanwhile, the previous episode, titled "A War Zone," saw the team dealing with the deadly overdoses around the city. The investigations intensified when the team discovered a college student's body with a backpack full of drugs. Mouse, on the other hand, expressed his plans to re-enlist in the army.
