The "Clash of Clans" update for this month arrived a few days ago, and as soon as it did, it was greeted with euphoria by fans. However, since then, a number of bugs have been reported. And even though some of those bugs have been resolved, they seem to have dampened the enthusiasm for the game.

More importantly, the update was described as "pretty big" by Neurogadget when it reported on its arrival. It went on to outline how it came with new play modes and added to this were spells and new troops. One of the major new additions to the "Clash of Clans" game was new troops for Elixir. This particular troop was added over four years ago and since then, it has not been updated. But this was finally remedied with the latest update.

Among the new additions is the Baby Dragon, which takes 10 minutes to train within the game once it is acquired by spending 18,000 Elixir. As expected, the Baby Dragon is designed to take on and inflict massive damage on land targets but it can also take on those in the air. Among the new Elixir Troops added is one called the "Miner" and he comes with several advantages including the ability to tunnel underground and therefore bypass walls and other defenses.

Using "The Friendly Challenge" that arrived in the update, clans' members can do battle against each other, while the developer has also taken steps to ensure that there is no cheating employed by gamers. As for the spells that arrived along with the May update, they are Skeleton spell and Clone spell.

Coming to the bugs that inevitably landed with the May update, there were reports that the game was bringing up a lot of notifications on mobile devices. This particular bug was noticed soon by users and was brought to the attention of the developer Supercell. Soon after, it appears that the developer took the necessary steps and fixed the bug.
