Comic books might be the primary attraction of San Diego's Comic-Con, but this year, on its 45th anniversary, the event became an entertainment haven, showcasing stars, personalities, writers, producers and more.

At Comic-Con 2014, fans were everywhere, and everyone sought excitement.

The lines were long at Comic-Con 2014 once the doors of San Diego Convention Center opened, but the wait was worth it. Early showroom admission to the pop-culture spectacular was given to those who carried four day passes.

Daniel Radcliffe at Hall H, came out for the first time with "Horns." Any attendee would admit having Harry Potter topping their pop-culture obsession, but the actor who gave life to Harry Potter in the movies, had never attended Comic-Con until 2014.

His debut at Comic-Con 2014 was likewise for the promotion of "Horns," his upcoming comedy-drama, which has October 31 as its opening date. Radcliffe also turned 25 on Wednesday, having the crowd in Hall H celebrate him with a rendition of Happy Birthday.

From Joe Hill's novel "Horns," and with director Alexandre Aja, the story is about a man, Ig, Radcliffe's character, who is accused of killing his girlfriend. He starts to have horns which are quite enigmatic and gives off a disinhibiting effect on those near him.

Radcliffe shared his character has gone through an incredibly terrible time of his life, which made him a villain.

Meanwhile, the cast of HBO's "Game of Thrones" also revealed several things about the upcoming season at the event. The fantasy hit series is receiveing new cast members such as Jonathan Pryce, as well as Alexander Siddig of "Star Trek."

The Game of Thrones cast and crew also attended the Q&A panel last Friday at Comic-Con.
