'Dragon Ball Super' episode 64 spoilers news 2016: Zamasu and Black Goku fusion might be too much for the Saiyans; can Trunks finish the Mafuba urn in time?

Future Trunks showed his mettle when he took on Black Goku and Zamasu in last week's episode of "Dragon Ball Super." His prowess and determination even prompted Zamasu to wonder if the Saiyan heir is immortal like him. But with Trunks gravely injured and the Time Machine and Mafuba jar destroyed, can Goku and Vegeta still prevail?

The previous episode saw Trunks more than holding his own against the two villains. He was able to knock out Black and get Zamasu on the defensive. But this two-against-one fight is definitely not going to end in Trunks' favor. As the young fighter was getting ready to take out Zamasu with one final blast, Black stabbed him from behind. The arrival of Goku and Vegeta brought new hope. But that was quickly crushed when Zamasu blew up the time machine, with the Mafuba urn still inside it.

Episode 64 will find the two full-blooded Saiyans going toe-to-toe once again with Black and Zamasu. A trailer for the upcoming episode, ominously titled "Revere Him! Praise Him! Merged Zamasu's Explosive Birth," starts with Goku attacking Zamasu, while multiple Black Gokus are seen exploding as they're shot at one by one. Viewers are also given a glimpse of Mai and Bulma and they might be in danger. The short sneak peek teases that Goku will finally be using the Evil Containment Wave technique to seal Zamasu and a portal-like cloud is indeed seen on the horizon. Is it part of the technique? However, the clip ends with a shot of Zamasu emitting a bright line, indicating that he has already merged with Black.

Things are definitely getting more exciting, as the Future Trunks' story arc slowly draws to an end. The question now is how the heroes would defeat the merged powers of Zamasu and Black.

Luckily for North American viewers, they will be able to watch the next episode in real time as Toei Animation has now allowed English-dubbed episodes to be simulcast on streaming sites like Anime Lab, Crunchyroll, and Daisuki.

"Dragon Ball Super" episode 64 will be aired on Fuji TV on Oct. 30 at 9 a.m.
