Everyone's favorite detective will be back in a couple of weeks. With the gripping season 3 finale, fans are itching to find out what will happen to Sherlock Holmes in the beginning of the fourth season of "Elementary."

According to Christian Today, CBS, the network behind the show, has already released a trailer for the season 4 premiere that shows Sherlock (Johnny Lee Miller) in a disarray after relapsing into his heroin addiction and beating up his drug dealer Oscar (Michael Weston) at the end of the third season. Sherlock is concerned that he might be imprisoned for attempted murder. In the new trailer, Sherlock also confesses what happened to Joan Watson (Lucy Liu).

Executive producer Robert Doherty spoke to fans during the New York City Comic Con and revealed a few details about what will happen to Sherlock and his personal problems in the season ahead.

"A problem like that doesn't really go away. It's not a huge nemesis that has now been dealt with," he said.

Doherty recently sat down with Entertainment Weekly to talk about the upcoming fourth season. The executive producer has already confirmed that Oscar is alive, and he was surprised to see people responding to what happened.

He told the news source, "I was live-tweeting that episode and I was surprised when more than a handful of people thought Sherlock had committed a murder. The intention was absolutely to make it look like Sherlock had committed a violent crime, but no, Oscar is not dead. That will be made very clear in the first episode."

Vine Report has also stated that John Noble will be joining the cast in the fourth season. Noble will be playing Sherlock's estranged father and his appearance will certainly show tension between the two Holmeses.

The fourth season of "Elementary" will premiere on Nov. 5.
