During the E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo) presentation of "Fallout 4," it was highlighted by Bethesda that players and fans can finally build their own base in-game. And fortunately for fans, more details regarding the base building have emerged.

Last Quakecon 2015, "Fallout 4" Marketing VP, Pete Hines, revealed that the building mechanics of the soon-to-be released IP has much more depth than expected. Hines told GameSpot that players will have the freedom to where to place the walls of their base, the door and even the furniture inside including tables and mattresses.

The marketing VP even compared the building aspect of "Fallout 4" to their previous title "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim," where the building mechanic is pretty linear as the players can only decorate the house.

He told GameSpot, "It's not just, 'Hey, here's Breezehome [one of the houses in Skyrim],' where we just picked a house, and you can buy it, and you can go to somebody and say, 'Here's this much gold, and put this thing into my house.'"

Aside from "Skyrim," Hines also compared the upcoming IP to the popular game "Minecraft." Hines pointed out that fans can also build and replicate different objects, spaceships or anything from other games or TV shows. Of course, this feature will also cater to newbies. Those new at playing the game can still enjoy the IP by building small huts or simple structures.

However, the marketing VP has greatly stated that players can only build in certain locations within the map. He explained to GameSpot, "There are preset locations around the world where you can [build]. You can definitely build up... [In one demo] there's a radio tower, and the developer that built it just kept going up and incorporating the tower into their structure."

"Fallout 4" is set to launch for the PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 this coming Nov. 10, 2015.
