For weeks, iOS users have been playing "Fallout Shelter" on their Apple devices and now Android users are waiting to see if the mobile game would ever reach their devices.

And the good news is, it seems like it will soon.

Bethesda, the company behind the huge franchise, has announced that in line with a huge update of "Fallout Shelter" for iOS next month, they would also be launching the game on Android.

According to trustedreviews.com, the company's news broke out during Quakecon just this weekend. Along with "Fallout Shelter" being available in the Google Play Store, the new update also features a new line of enemies including Deathclaws and Molerats.

The report also states that Molerats could infest a player's vault like Radroaches while Deathclaws could sneak into the vaults; therefore players should really keep an eye out for these two.

The new update would also introduce Mr. Handy. In a report by gadgets.ndtv.com, the new character would be a robotic assistant that reportedly is capable of scavenging and harvesting.

"Fallout Shelter" has been a huge success for Bethesda considering that this is the first time the company ventured into mobile games. The company is said to have already made $5 million in profit from the Apple Store, making it one of the top grossing games.

Siliconangle also reported that the game has even managed to beat "Candy Crush Saga."

Game Director, Todd Howard, explained during E3 the reason for developing the game and said, "The whole goal of this game was to do something we'd really want to play on our phones. Something that made us smile and had more depth than other things we were seeing."

The company has yet to announce if the Android version of the game could be played offline just like the iOS version of the game.

"Fallout Shelter" for Android will be released on Aug. 13.
