Long time E! News red carpet correspondent, Giuliana Rancic, revealed an experience with singer, Ariana Grande that confirmed her 'diva attitude,' saying that Grande only wanted to be interviewed with her left side showing in front of the camera.

Ariana Grande seems to be getting quite a lot of flak for her 'alleged diva' attitude after a photo shoot in Australia that went wrong.

Though the 21-year-old singer defended herself during a radio appearance, veteran E! host Giuliana Rancic has confirmed the allegations, as reported by Hollywood Life.

Rancic recalls that when it was time for her to interview with the singer at the American Music Awards, Grande wanted to stand on the left side.

"I remember, I think it was at the AMAs, she came up on the platform, and normally I stand on this side [her left side] to the camera. I had to fight 13 years to get this side to the camera, it's my good side, but I fought 13 years for this, OK?," recalled Rancic, as reported by Fox.

"Little Ariana comes over, I feel like 'bing', elbow in my side, I'm like, 'What's going on?' and they push me to the other side," Rancic added.

Grande's 'diva attitude' allegations surfaced after an Australian photographer for the tabloid mX revealed that the singer demanded that she should only be shot only on the left side of her face and with natural light.

The singer then allegedly cancelled an entire photo shoot after some issues with the wardrobe.

"So I had to be on my ugly side. But I felt like a little bit of a, you know it was like 'you either get on the other side or we don't do an interview,'" Rancic continued.

The host then compared Grande to Mariah Carey and said that Grande is still too young and new of a star to be having such demands.

"...Then you're new on the block, when you're trying to earn your stripes, you're young, you just gotta do what you gotta do, try to get a great reputation, try to go overboard to please people," Rancic added further.
