"Grey's Anatomy" fans should be ready with a box of tissues this Thursday when the medical drama returns to ABC after leaving audiences with an amazing episode eight. After its winter hiatus, fans can expect more drama, more tears and a whole lot of surprises.

The bad news is that Arizona and Callie will be breaking up for good and exploring their individual side in the upcoming episode. In a Television Critics Association press tour, Jessica Capshaw, who plays the bubbly Arizona, told TVLine that they will not be together this season. Capshaw said, "The best thing the writers could have done, which is what they did for at least these next six episodes, is have (Arizona and Callie) just be on their own." There will be no new love interest for both the characters. Instead, the characters will be concentrating on their practice and work, taking time and some space apart.

In another TVLine interview, actress Camilla Luddington, who plays the role of Jo Wilson, cautioned fans to stack up on tissues and wine as a lot of drama and tears are in store for fans in the future episodes. Luddington said, "There's no relaxing. There's no calm before the storm. It's just storm. All storm, all the time."

WetPaint reports that April (Sarah Drew) will finally learn that her unborn baby has a fatal condition known as 'osteogenesis imperfect' which causes brittle bones. In episode eight Jackson (Jesse Williams) learns of his baby's condition through Stephanie (Jerrika Hinton). It is unlikely that Jackson will keep it a secret from April.

Episode nine will also see Alex (Justin Chambers), Jo and Bailey (Chandra Wilson) teaming up to treat patients who are brothers. Looks like fans need to brace themselves for an emotional roller coaster as "Where Do We Go From Here?" airs on Thursday, Jan. 29, 2015 on ABC at 8 p.m. ET.
