"Grey's Anatomy" fans will finally see the long-expected confrontation between ex-couple April and Jackson, and it's not going to be pretty.

The previous episode saw the residents and interns of Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital partnered up with different people. As expected, a lot of angst and unresolved issues came out. Jo (Camilla Luddington) finally confronted Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) about Alex (Justin Chambers), Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) gave Penny (Samantha Sloyan) the credit she's due, and in a controversial move, Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) let slip to Jackson (Jesse Williams) that April (Sarah Drew) is pregnant.

Fans are expecting the Japril baby drama to be the major focus of episode 15, but the synopsis teases that there's much more in store. According to the Carter Matt site, Jackson will finally learn about his ex-wife being pregnant with his baby. Alex and the other doctors are assigned to a triple-organ transplant surgery that will last for hours. On the relationship front, Meredith will decide whether she will start dating again and Andrew (Giacomo Gianniotti) insists that he's not receiving special treatment after he and Maggie (Kelly McCreary) went public.

The trailer for the upcoming episode, "I Am Not Waiting Anymore," shows Arizona telling Jackson that April is pregnant just as she walks through the door. He's understandably upset, especially since he learned about it from another person and demands to know if she knew even before they got divorced. The clip ends on a minor cliff-hanger as Major Thorpe (Scott Elrod) outright asks Meredith if she would like to go out with him.

The good looking military doctor will reportedly be seen for a few more episodes, but the general consensus is that their involvement won't be serious. As for Jackson and April, a sneak peek gives viewers a taste of the confrontation. The clip shows Jackson confronting April, who's all scrubbed up and might be headed to surgery. She tells him she doesn't have time for this, which only angers him more. The two get in a shouting match, which is witnessed by a lot of doctors. Webber (James Pickens Jr.) finally steps in and tells them to stop.

An Instagram post by Drew hints at the aftermath of April and Jackson's volatile confrontation, as her character is seen holding on to a surgical table, looking drained as Owen (Kevin McKidd) looks on.

There's been a lot of discussion among fans about April's decision to hide her pregnancy from Jackson, and also about Arizona spilling the beans. As it is, it doesn't look like there's a peaceful resolution to the situation yet.

Episode 15 of "Grey's Anatomy" season 12 is set to be aired on March 24.
