'Grey's Anatomy' season 12 spoilers: Meredith regrets going out with Will in episode 16
When "Grey's Anatomy" season 12 returns for its 16th episode, Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) will finally agree to go on a date with William Thorpe (Scott Elrod). However, she will regret sleeping with him and will be hysterical about it.
The newly released trailer for "When It Hurts So Bad" episode reveals that Meredith appears to be ready to move on from the past traumatic events that happened to her in previous episodes by going on a date with military doctor Will.
In the first part of the teaser, the night seems sweet for the two as he leans forward to kiss her. However, toward the end of it, Will is seen half-naked outside Meredith's bedroom door, turning the date a sour decision. Meredith is heard shouting, "Get him out of here!" Maggie Pierce (Kelly McCreary) comes running toward a confused and shocked Will and asks him, "Why is she screaming? What did you do?"

Meanwhile, the episode synopsis states that Catherine Avery (Debbie Allen) is returning to Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital to "shake things up with April [Kepner] and Jackson [Avery]."
In episode 14, Arizona Robbins (Jessica Capshaw) spilled the beans to Jackson (Jesse Williams) about April's pregnancy, much to April's disappointment. She was so infuriated that when Arizona apologized, she gave her a "go to hell" answer.
She then tried to explain to him that she was really planning to tell him about her pregnancy herself. However, all he could think of is the fact that April (Sarah Drew) had been keeping the secret from him. They ended up arguing and yelling at each other.
Continuing their drama in episode 15, Jackson told his ex-wife that he wants to be by her side while she goes through the pregnancy, but she refused and told him he has no rights at all.
In other stories, episode 16 will show Amelia Shepherd (Caterina Scorsone) reevaluating her relationship with Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd). As seen in the last episode, she decided to leave him after he had a fight with Nathan Riggs (Martin Henderson).
"Grey's Anatomy" season 12 episode 16 will air on March 31 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
