Rumors of a GTA 5 Online Casino update have been doing the rounds since last summer and fans have been waiting excitedly for its release, which has been speculated to feature new additions, including gambling lottery and car betting that will allow players to win millions of dollars. The latest rumors now suggest that a leaked game code found in 1.21 update of GTA 5 Online clearly points to the imminent release of GTA 5 Online Casino DLC, which could also be known as the High Roller update.

Last summer, players discovered a glitch in GTA 5 that allowed them to enter a casino building in Los Santos, though the building's interiors were found to be completely empty. In the latest rumor, a tweet suggests that the casino should be open for business soon after the new GTA 5 Online Casino update delivers four new minigames, including Blackjack, Poker, Roulette, and Slot. The upcoming GTA 5 High Roller update is also reported to include a lottery system and horse betting system.

The release of the new GTA 5 Casino DLC could take the gaming experience in GTA 5 Online to a completely different level, as avid GTA 5 gamers are always keen on undertaking new activities and potentially new mission and challenges. This, coupled with the ability to gamble, will now change the dynamics of the GTA online economy, with avid gamers continuing to discover brand-new money glitches and opportunities that can be exploited as they progress in the game.

Rockstar has always delivered one new GTA 5 DLC each month, though that trend was broken after numerous delays as a result of the GTA 5 Heists. Nevertheless, Rockstar should soon return to its normal monthly update schedule and the release date of the GTA 5 Casino DLC is expected to coincide with that of the GTA 5 PC on April 14.
