The much awaited massive expansion, "Heart of Thorns," for the popular Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (MMORPG), "Guild Wars 2," just received its first launch trailer. In the clip, fans will get to see Rytlock fight fearsome creatures as well as the teaser for Mordremoth.

According to the report by PC Gamer, ArenaNet, the developer and publisher of the hit MMORPG, "Guild Wars 2," finally released the official launch trailer for "Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns" last Sept. 25. Watch the official clip below taken from the developer's YouTube channel.

The highlight of the launch trailer was probably the company's teaser for Mordremoth, one of the Elder Dragons in the game's lore. He is the Elder Dragon of Mind and Plants. For the avid players of the game, the name Elder Dragons is actually not that uncommon. There are actually two dragons present in the current game and they are Zhaitan, the dragon of Death and Shadow, the one responsible for the rise of Orr, and Jormag, the dragon of Ice.

New awakening of an Elder Dragon might possibly point out to a new living story, however, ArenaNet is still keeping the lid tight on this detail.

As said on PC Gamer, "Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns" will feature many new additional contents to the game like the raid, where, as explained on the website, will be much different compared to the other MMORPGs in the market today.

Furthermore, for the curious players who would like to try out "Guild Wars 2," PC Gamer noted that the game has been made, permanently, free-to-play. However, for the "Heart of Thorns," they still have to buy the expansion, which will also include the core game for first time players.

"Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns" is set to be launched next month, on Oct. 23, 2015.
