The developer of "Halo 5: Guardians," 343 Industries, has given more details for the game's latest addition. In the new expansion named "Anvil's Legacy," there will be more maps available for the multiplayer mode and more skins for the characters to wear.

As stated in reports, one of the weapons that will be added into the game is the Gunfighter Magnum weapon. This new gun is very rare and it can cause a lot of damage to enemies. The reload time of the gun is also very fast, which makes it very efficient in the battlefield.

There are new weapon skins that players will soon handle in the latest expansion and these are the Landgrave BR and the Landgrave Magnum. It is speculated that there will be another set of weapon skins which could be good against Phaetons, Wasps and Banshees but it still does not have a name yet.

Another exciting addition that will be coming with the DLC is Forge Tools. This will allow players to make their own maps and design their own scenarios. However, this will only be available for the PC. There are also reports saying that the new update will offer a file browser. This is where Xbox One and PC users will be able to use the creations of other players which were made through the game's Forge Tools.

Moreover, "Anvil's Legacy" will also include new maps. The first map is called Mercy and it can be played during the Arena mode, while the other map is called Temple, which is a Warzone. This will be the ninth expansion that 343 industries will be releasing, and at the same time, it will be free to download.

There are already a lot of expansions that were released before for the game such as "The Battle of Shadow and Light," "Infinity's Armor," and "Hammer Storm." The latest DLC, "Anvil's Legacy," will be released on September 8.
