'Hawaii Five-0' season 7 episode 6 spoilers: Team probes murder of a medium on Halloween

(Facebook/Hawaii Five-O)“Hawaii Five-0” season 7 airs Fridays at 9 p.m. on CBS.

The team probes a murder of a spiritist during Halloween in the upcoming episode 6, titled "Ka Hale Ho' Okauweli," of the seventh season of the police procedural drama "Hawaii Five-0."

On Halloween, the Five 0 team's plate is full. First, they have to investigate the murder of a medium with a checkered past. Apparently, the cause of death is the extreme shock after encountering a poltergeist. Another problem that they will be facing is the abduction of Kono (Grace Park) and Adam (Ian Anthony Dale), which is speculated to be by a death cult.

The promo trailer for "Hawaii Five-0" season 7's "Ka Hale Ho' Okauweli" sees Kono and Adam driving down a dark road when a woman suddenly appears out of nowhere. When they stop to check if they hit the woman or not, a group of masked individuals come running after them. It is believed that these people are from a death cult. One masked man hits Kono in the head. When Kono and Adam regain their consciousness, they find themselves tied up in a strange room. Meanwhile, the rest of the Five-0 team tries to collect as many evidence as possible inside the home of the murdered spiritist.

In other related news, the rumors on the series' possible cancellation may slowly die down this time after the good ratings performance of the first five episodes of this season. This season is reportedly doing better than the last, in terms of ratings, so it will most likely be renewed for season 8.

Also, local Hawaiian businesses are promised to get some spotlight in the show as what executive producer Eric Guggenheim said previously on Pacific Business News. "We have a few companies and places that we try to reference when appropriate. This year we are working with Sky Waikiki, and we're back with Hilton Hawaiian Village — you'll see us around there a lot this season."
