The second season of 'House of Cards' ended with a massive cliffhanger, showing how Frank Underwood finally arrived at his goal of becoming sworn in as the new President of the United States. This, however, did not come at an innocent cost, as many influential political personalities, including the president before him, suffered under the conniving plans of Underwood.

Now that the 'House of Cards' season 3 release date is on its way, some interesting details about cast member Kevin Spacey's acting surfaced, when a reporter from New York Times tweeted a quote by Spacey, saying something about former US President, Bill Clinton.

"We've in fact spent so much time together that some times I even become him," @KevinSpacey says of Bill Clinton. cc @BeauWillimon," Amy Chozik relayed via her Twitter account on Nov. 15.

Could this mean that Spacey is channeling Bill Clinton as he portrays Frank Underwood?

Meanwhile, showrunner Beau Willimon revealed in a Twitter post that the new season of House of Cards will feature "tootsie and hookahas."

Fortunately for those who take the series seriously, Willimon sent out the tweet humorously, after Jimmy Fallon spoofed the series and called it "House of Cue Cards", showing Frank Underwood worrying about cue cards.

"BRAVO @jimmyfallon @fallontonight on the @HouseofCards spoofs! Def gonna write some tootsies & hookahs into Seas 3!" the show creator wrote.
