Back in February this year, the HTC Butterfly 3's specs had been briefly leaked online and the device was rumored to feature a 5.2-inch QHD display similar to the HTC One M9 . But according to the latest benchmark listing at CompuBench, the HTC Butterfly 3 (J Butterfly HTV31) will sport a smaller 5.1-inch display with 1440 x 2560 pixel resolution and boast of 576 ppi. The HTC Butterfly 3 will arrive with 32GB of on-board storage, a 20MP rear-facing camera and a high-resolution 13MP front-facing camera capable of shooting 4K UHD video. The HTC Butterfly 3 will have the usual sensors and has been benchmarked running Android 5.0.2. It is not yet clear whether or not the smartphone will be launched in the EMEA and North America regions, but more details will become available as the release date approaches.
