Apple has unveiled a more stable iOS 8 beta 4 with the new app called "Tips" that provides quick tutorials about iOS features.

Two weeks after dropping the third beta, iOS 8 beta 4 is here with the first-party app Tips that was first mentioned during the last WWDC event.

Tips has a tagline "Do more with iPad. Get new tips from Apple every week."

Clicking on the "Start Learning" button takes users to tutorials of iOS 8.

There are six tips that are included in its first appearance on an iOS beta: quickly respond to a notification, notify me when there's a reply, Hey, Siri, Send a spoken message, quickly manage your mail and Be in the shot.

Another cool feature that comes with the iOS 8 beta 4 pack is the voice-to-text transcription where a user can dictate a message and the app shows the words real-time.

MacRumors posted a video showing how the app actually works.

Apple's iOS 8 beta 4 can be downloaded by members of the developers program, with membership fee of $99 per year.

Account activation is within 24 hours from the time of enrollment.

Download the required IPSW file for your device.

To start with the installation, a user has to open iTunes and choose "Restore your iPhone".

Bonus Tip: users must charge the device prior to installation or plug it into a power source.

There are pirated versions of the beta release of iOS, however, and these are practically unsafe and may cause serious damage to a user's smartphone.

Apple does not offer any technical support for pre-releases of iOS, so if anyone encounters issues, they are on their own.

Aside from the fourth beta of iOS 8, Apple also released OS X Yosemite Developer Preview 4 for the Mac lineup.

The final version of iOS 8 is coming this fall.
