Hamamatsu, in Shizuoka prefecture vision as "City of Music", will hold the praise festival "Rock Festival 2018" on August 14, 2018. In addition to being able to experience a powerful stage by about 20 worship teams and Christian artists from all over the country, there will be a variety of street food stalls where you can enjoy local delicacies. It is also one of the biggest praise festivals in Japan, with enormous attractions such as huge waterslide and water rides that can be enjoyed by families.

Despite being held for the first time, this time is the second time, following last year when about 3,000 people visited. This year's main guest is an Indonesian Sidney Mohede who releases numerous worship songs including "Hosanna (Be Lifted Higher)" which became the world big hit. He is one of the most influential worship leaders in Indonesia so far as to say that establishing a culture of plays & worship in the Indonesian church.

In addition, 15 selected members of the "Hillsong college" from Australia's Hillsong church, leading the world Christian music world, will visit Japan. Such as rock and folk band "Saluki" that became popular and a lot of popular artists from Japan will also participate.

The 15th there will be "Worship & Leadership Seminar". In the worship seminar, Mr. Sidney and Hillsong college will be providing the lectures. The leadership seminar is geared for teachers and faith leaders, four lecturers from Hillsong church will come to Japan.
