However, a new report claims that the two are done being friends and are engaged in a heated battle for custody of their children.

Now, according to OK! Magazine, sources say that what was once an amicable split has turned into a nasty feud between them. The two are reportedly negotiating about custody arrangements and things didn't go well, the source continued.

The "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" star was reportedly angry about how Garner talked about the nanny rumors during her tell-all interview with Vanity magazine, where it appears that she has confirmed that her ex did have an affair with the nanny, Christine Ouzounian, as rumors suggested.

"The Vanity Fair interview sent him and his team over the edge," an insider told Radar Online. "He feels like she completely attacked him and can't believe she confirmed the nanny affair story."

Inquisitr also reported that Affleck's decision to move the family to London while he films "Justice League" could also be one of the reasons that the exes are reportedly in a fight.

Recently, Ecumenical News reported that the estranged couple rented a home in London so that Affleck can have the kids close to him while he films for the superhero flick. Garner tagged along so she would be the one to take care of the kids while her ex is at work.

"Ben wants his family close when he's working, and staying together in a new country will be a great experience, despite himself and Jennifer being no longer a couple," an insider for the Sun said.

"Ben and Jennifer are a very strong cohesive unit. They have created a new normal, which will continue while they are living in London," the insider continued. While they may have been spotted in London together, this reportedly did not make Garner happy.
