It was a short ride for the 24-year-old Mockingjay actress Jennifer Lawrence, and 37-year-old British rocker Chris Martin, with the two reportedly splitting up.

Unlike most celebrity couples, Lawrence and Martin have always been low-key with their relationship, only being photographed once while stepping out of a private plane in Los Angeles.

The two started dating in late June, shortly after Lawrence's split from boyfriend of four years and X-Men co-star Nicholas Hoult. Martin on the other hand, ended his marriage with actress Gwyneth Paltrow in March.

In the November issue of Vanity Fair, with the Oscar-winning actress on the cover, JLaw revealed the qualities she looks for in a man.

She mentioned of humility and simplicity, and having a knack for reality shows.

"Basically, what I'm saying is all I need in a relationship is somebody to watch TV with me," JLaw said in the Vanity Fair interview.

The Hollywood A-Lister also added that she genuinely desires for a 'peaceful' relationship, something that is quite rare in showbiz nowadays.

"I'd rather have just a peaceful time. [Those] are deeper because you can be your true self with somebody, and somebody can be their true self with you," continued Lawrence.

She also finds argumentative people annoying and that fighting is something that she despises in any relationship.
