Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard's first child is due in March 2015. In her recent photos on Instagram, Jill Duggar flaunts her baby bump along with her passion for fitness and spirituality in the caption. The caption described her walking on a treadmill while listening to Pastor Rick Warren's sermons.

Jill is 23 now and happily spending her married life with husband, Derick.

The '19 Kids and Counting' star Jill reveals about her own first pregnancy: "I'm like freaking out. I'm looking forward to raising this little one and praying every night."

Meanwhile, Jill says that she and Derick are enjoying the last few days before they have "little ones running around". She said she's driving Derick to work and picking him back up for lunch every day!

Though the TLC family show is off air right now, TLC is reportedly getting ready for Jill and Derick's first day of parenthood because the channel surely wants to capture the child's first day in the world as it had captured Jill's wedding, in a special episode. The show will be aired again in February.

To add to the celebrations, Jill and Derick recently completed 200 days of marriage. Jill's Instagram post of the celebration is captioned:

"It's been 200 days since my best friend and I @derrickdillard said "I do"! I'm blessed beyond measure!"

In December 2014, Star Magazine rumored that Jessa Duggar could be pregnant too, owing to the absence of full body photos of her in recent weeks. However, Jessa clarified that she wants to have children too, but isn't pregnant right now. In reply to ABC News, Jessa said:

"Whatever God's plan is, we'd be good with that. It's probably not possible for me to have 19 kids naturally, but we might adopt and get up to that number."

Fans of the popular TV show and well-wishers of the conventional and pious Christian family are as excited about Jill's first baby as the family itself!
