On August 27, the singer posted a photo of himself with Gomez on his side suggesting that the two are back together.

According to reports, the musicians went on a vacation to Canada and the photos of Bieber inside a private jet support the speculation.

In the black and white photo, Bieber wore a white beanie with a diamond designed and Gomez looked all dolled up.

The pair has been the subject of many gossip articles, and the reason for their break-up is still unclear. Since breaking up, the two did not officially date other people, suggesting that the love between the two is alive.

Though this might serve as pleasant news to fans of the couple, friends of Selena Gomez have opposing views.

According to reports, even Selena's ex-best friend, Taylor Swift, has "given up" on trying to give advice to Gomez when it comes to Bieber.

"Selena's friends have given up trying to get her to break-up with Justin, even Taylor's stopped giving her grief over it," a source told Hollywood Life.

"Taylor still can't stand Justin, but she doesn't want to lose Selena over it so she's backing off," the same source added.
