According to some rumors, the Duchess of Cambridge, the pregnant Kate Middleton, is avoiding the friends of her husband, Prince William, because of their drunken behavior.

Kate Middleton has always been by Prince William's side, however, it seems that the Duchess is veering off from the limelight when it comes to social gatherings as reports suggest that she has been missing in several parties. The reason for the Duchess' continuous absence is her hesitation to mingle with her husband's party-loving friends. The Daily Mail reports that Kate Middleton has been "absent" in important social occasions and it is causing Prince William's friends to "raise" their eyebrows.

Because of this, Prince William's friends are given the impression that the Duchess is avoiding them. One friend who's reportedly close to the couple talked to the Daily Mail and says that Kate is avoiding the drunken behavior of William's friends.

"She doesn't like drunken behaviour, but some of them like to party. One drunken incident recently put her off one of William's close female friends, and Kate wasn't afraid to let her know she disapproved of her sloppy behaviour," the friend said.

The Daily Mail reports that the Duchess did not attend several other locations, eight in total, including four weddings and two holidays. Middleton was also reportedly missing for the christening of Zara Philip's daughter, Mia. The report stated that the Duchess' morning sickness ailment was the reason for the absence, despite the Duchess being spotted shopping in Norfolk on these dates.

The report added that there was a wedding that Prince William attended where he served as a best man to his close friend, Guy Pelly. The Duchess was also missing from this event and said that her morning sickness was the reason, though she was seen shopping on the day of the event.

Fans of the Duchess reacted to the report and stated that she has every right to miss these events since she is busy being a mother to Prince George and carrying her second child.
