Lenovo Vibe X3 specs and release date: Handset now has China TENAA certification in China; alleged official specs spotted online

One of Lenovo's upcoming smartphones, dubbed the Lenovo Vibe X3, has recently acquired its TENAA certification. Aside from that, the purported specifications of the handset have reportedly also been revealed.

According to the report by Phone Arena, because of the recently released TENAA certification from the Chinese telecom regulator, fans can now have an idea of what the actual specs might look like once the rumored flagship, Lenovo Vibe X3 gets released.

As listed on that source, fans can expect the Lenovo Vibe X3 to sport a 5.5-inch screen with Full HD 1080p display quality. The phone's dimensions, as the report suggests, is going to be 154 x 76.4 x 9.4 mm and will weigh 175 grams.

In terms of power, the Lenovo Vibe X3 is said to run on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 hexa-core CPU, which is going to be backed up by 3 GB of RAM. It will also come with 32 GB of internal memory, which can be easily expanded by users via MicroSD. However, Lenovo or the purported listing has yet to announce how much the expansion's limit is.

As for the camera of the Lenovo Vibe X3, it is expected to come equipped with a 21-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera. Other mentioned features of the phone include: LTE connectivity, dual speakers, which are strategically placed on the front of the device, a fingerprint scanner on its back and dual LED flash for the main camera. As for the operating system, it will reportedly run on the Android Lollipop 5.1.1.

There is still no word regarding the pricing of the handset, as well as when Lenovo will release the Vibe X3 flagship. In fact, the manufacturer is keeping a tight lid on the details of the upcoming device and has yet to make any kind of announcement involving the handset.
