LG has just unveiled its new flagship, the LG V20, which is packed with lots of features that include a metal build and a removable battery.

The LG V20 is a follow-up to the V10, but N4BB reported that not much of the old features were carried over to the current flagship. Almost every aspect is new, from the outside to the inside. It is also the first smartphone to sport the latest Android Nougat out of the box.

The LG V20 features an all-metal body, which is common among today's flagship phones. What makes it stand out, however, is that it did not sacrifice the removable battery. According to Forbes, the handset's back plate can be removed to access the battery.

At first look, the most distinguishable feature is its dual-camera set-up sitting atop the fingerprint scanner at the back. The lenses and flash are protected by a slightly protruding glass, while the scanner blends in seamlessly.

The two cameras at the back have 16 megapixels (MP) and an 8MP wide-angle sensor with varying apertures.

The front features a 5.7-inch Quad HD display with 2,560 x 1,440 resolution. The secondary display, which was also featured in last year's V10, has a 160 x 1,440 resolution. This display is positioned above the main display and only shows notifications.

On the inside, there is a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor coupled with 4GB of random access memory (RAM). It comes with a 64GB storage option, which is expandable up to 2TB via a microSD slot, and a 3,200 mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 support.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, LTE, Bluetooth, NFC and USB Type-C port.

The LG V20 is available in three colors: Silver, Pink and Titanium. Pricing and availability has yet to be announced, but reports state that it is going to be shipped first in Samsung's home country, South Korea.
