While Apple has yet to officially confirm the existence of MacBook Pro 2016, rumors claiming that the device will be released this month are getting louder with each passing day.

When the iPhone 7 was about to be released last September, some people thought that the then-upcoming mobile device would share the spotlight with the MacBook Pro 2016. However, the iPhone 7 launch event began and ended without even a mere mention of the MacBook Pro 2016.

Those who have been anticipating the device may finally get lucky later this month, though, as it is heavily speculated that Apple is holding an event on Oct. 27 to launch the MacBook Pro 2016. In the event that the rumors are correct, then, the MacBook Pro 2016 will just be unveiled one day later with the alleged Surface PC of Microsoft, which, just like Apple, is rumored to hold an event as well on Oct. 26.

According to reports, Microsoft has already sent out invites for its Oct. 26 event where some of its Surface products are expected to be unveiled, including the Surface all-in-one PC. While Apple has yet to send out invitations for its alleged event on the 27th, it is still expected to overshadow the Microsoft event in terms of news coverage, if ever it really holds an event on the said date.

Meanwhile, according to other sources, it is already confirmed that the MacBook Pro 2016 will come with a wireless keyboard and an OLED panel. Allegedly, the so-called magic keyboard will give Apple an upper-hand in the market and will change the way people use their laptops, specifically the MacBook Pro 2016.

It is said that Apple has partnered with a start-up company for the said keyboard that will spell a major change in Apple's line of Mac products.

While the said features of the MacBook 2016 are, without question, intriguing, they are nothing but speculations at this point in time and can only be confirmed if the device is, indeed, launched later this month.
