Mad Men season 7 episode 4 spoilers, 'The Monolith': Don calls an old friend

(Mad Men season 7)

Some Mad Men Season 7 episode 4 spoilers show Sterling Cooper & Partners preparing for a guest, Roger confronting household problems, Pete underestimating Peggy and Don calling an old friend. These and more in Mad Men Season 7 Ep 4 "The Monolith."

This Sunday, May 4, 10pm on AMC, we will see "Mad Men" on the small screen with an interesting title that implies a geological feature with a rock.

"Mad Men" Final Season Episode 3 showed us Don Draper unexpectedly returning to an unwelcoming people of Sterling Cooper & Partners. It makes him feel uncomfortable in a seemingly inimical ambiance. Former mentor Peggy blew it all up, saying, "I can't say that we miss you."

Don was demoted, as he is to work under Lou Avery. Some of the conditions he is into are not meeting a client alone, no drinking in the office and sticking to script during meetings. His relationship with Megan almost came to an end when Don told her he was out of work, which could imply he does not want to be with her and choose New York instead.

What's in store for the next episode? It might reveal what Don was talking about on the phone in Episode 3, asking "Are you there?" then solemnly hanging up the phone.

With "Mad Men" creator Matthew Weiner's reputation of making the upcoming episodes enigmatic, we can only see tidbits of what to expect in "The Monolith" this Sunday such as elevator doors, Don being suspicious, Lou mildly surprised and Roger wanting you in his office.
