More information has arrived for the game "Mass Effect: Andromeda" and it has provided encouragement for gamers who have been speculating whether it would arrive this year. Importantly, the latest news about the game indicated that the developers were already able to play the first hour of it.

Reporting on the news about "Mass Effect: Andromeda," Gamespot states that it emerged via social media, specifically a Twitter account belonging to Cameron Lee, who stated that he was already able to play the first hour of the game. However, he did not provide any detailed information about the upcoming game except how he was able to "shoot things in the face." Lee, importantly, is not working on "Mass Effect: Andromeda" and is, in fact, a lead procedure on a brand new IP that is focused on contemporary happenings.

This is not the first time that the development team working on "Mass Effect: Andromeda" has provided tantalizing bits about the game. But this particular news about the first hour of the game attracted a lot of attention as it indicated that gamers will be immediately immersed into the action in the first hour. Also, with Lee having to shoot things and defend himself within the first hour, it appears that the game is going to have a fairly heavy dose of action early on.

However, it does not mean that "Mass Effect: Andromeda" is completely free of problems, as gamers have been expressing their doubts about it and indicating that it will be delayed to 2017. Last year, the game was also hit with some bad news when Chris Wynn, who is the senior developer assigned to the game, resigned from BioWare. Since then, BioWare has indicated that the game is still on track and the latest set of tweets from developers seem to be engineered to promote this idea.
