While being a billionaire is an amazing privilege, financially wise, it may also come with terrible and negative repercussions. "Minecraft" creator, Markus "Notch" Persson, had recently opened up on Twitter about his problems, proving that money cannot actually buy happiness.

On Aug. 29, Persson posted a series of tweets which pointed out that even though he is now a billionaire, he is still lonely. In one of his tweets, the "Minecraft" creator said, "The problem with getting everything is you run out of reasons to keep trying, and human interaction becomes impossible due to imbalance."

According to the report by GameSpot last year, tech giant Microsoft bought Mojang and its popular game, "Minecraft," for an amazing price tag of $2.5 billion. Persson received 70 percent of the sale, which amounted to $1.75 billion.

Aside from material things, Persson also shared on Twitter that his teammates are also, somehow, angry at him. "When we sold the company, the biggest effort went into making sure the employees got taken care of," he vented out on his post. He then continued to add, "and they all hate me now."

As an introvert, Persson revealed that meeting new friends is hard most especially because of his current situation. He did, however, acknowledge and thank the people who offered to help him or even talk to him. "I really appreciate all the offers to hang and talk and all. As an introvert, new friends is hard to do even when fine, but it means a lot!" he said.

Many fans have tried to comfort Persson, giving him some thoughtful advice and showing them that they are concerned about him. And it is not only fans who expressed their concerns, even famous celebrities like Snoop Dogg replied to his posts.

The famed rapper commented on his tweet via Quartz and said, "@notch Cheer up homeboy! Im gonna have you by tha Doggy Den and we can smoke sum of that sticky n build sum new shit! Uhearme!!!"
