Veteran comedian, Steve Zahn will make an appearance in a new episode of Modern Family as one of the obnoxious neighbors that will move next door to the Dunphys.

The sixth season of Modern Family gets wackier each week, and thanks to its latest guest star, it will be more interesting. Comedian Steve Zahn is set to make an appearance in a new episode of the award-winning ABC sitcom and he will cause ruckus in the already-crazy Dunphy household.

According to spoiler reports, Phil and Claire will get excited to sell the house next door, being the real estate experts that they are. They feel ecstatic once a new couple, Ronnie and Kim, shows interest, but upon finding out about this new couple's unsettling behaviors, Phil and Claire will try to persuade the couple to pass on buying the house.

Steve Zahn is reportedly playing one half of the couple and Andrea Anders will play his wife. The Dunphys are already anxious about the two moving in, especially with their loud personalities and endless bickering. Zahn's role is described as a recurring appearance, which means he will appear in more episodes. Does this mean that Phil and Claire won't be too successful in shunning away Ronnie and Kim?

Meanwhile, Manny is off to greener pastures as he tries to move on from his first heartbreak when he was dumped by a girl in last week's episode. Just when Manny thinks he has found a new girl, Jay will try to keep him from seeing this girl after finding out that the girl is the granddaughter of his business rival.
