The latest episode of anime "Naruto Shippuden" shows the struggles of the main heroes as well as the entire ninja community who are up against the almighty Kaguya.

To recap, Kaguya separated Naruto from Sasuke in the previous episode so that she can single out Naruto and defeat him. However, Sakura and Obito managed to help Sasuke return to the dimension where Naruto and Kaguya were battling. Once there, Kaguya changed the dimensions of the realm again. The amplified gravity of the new dimension they were in nearly immobilized the heroes. But as it always is, it wasn't enough to stop the heroes completely.

In Naruto and Sasuke's attempt to defeat Kaguya, they almost got killed. But Kakashi and Obito immediately came to the rescue. Kakashi was a little too late, though. Obito had gotten there first, and he also saved Kakashi from Kaguya's rod by using his Kamui. Though he was able to save Kakashi, he wasn't able to deflect the rod coming his way.

Will this be the death of Kakashi's long-time best friend? Many "Naruto" fans can't wait to have answers for last episode's cliffhanger.

Considering the show's history of extending their story arcs and properly expounding the history of characters that are about to die, episode 472 of "Naruto" might be no different. Fans might be able to see more of Obito in the upcoming episode.

Based on the manga, Obito will be telling Rin that he can't leave just yet. Obito will die, but he returns to tell Kakashi that it is imperative that he becomes the sixth Hokage. More importantly, Obito will once again leave Kakashi with a parting gift—his Sharingan.

In episode 472, Kakashi will have both Sharingan, making him equipped to face Kaguya. Once again, team seven is complete. And in the episodes to come, the team will be facing their final mission as team seven.

"Naruto Shippuden" episode 472 is expected to be released this Aug. 18.
