There is no way that Juliette (Hayden Panettiere) will believe that there is nothing going on between Layla (Aubrey Peeples) and Avery (Jonathan Jackson). In the upcoming episode of "Nashville," she will personally see them in a compromising situation and will be unable to stop herself from snapping.

In "The Trouble With The Truth," the promo shows the country songstress yelling into her phone that she knows Layla is sleeping with her husband. Juliette thinks the other woman is planning something against her, as she calls Layla's act of seducing Avery as "some form of psychotic revenge." Later on, she goes ballistic when she witnesses firsthand the pair kissing. The blonde tells whomever she is talking to that Layla is trying to steal her life.

Last episode, Juliette had high hopes that Avery would finally come back to her. They talked about their relationship, with Juliette telling him that they could return to their old ways if he gives her another chance. She told Avery that she knew he still loved her. Avery did not deny his feelings, but he said he was afraid she would break his heart again. Juliette asked him to reconsider and to not rush with his decision. That moment, she was content that Avery finally admitted the truth.

Later that night, Avery agreed to have baby Cadence sleep with her mother. Juliette was happy, expecting him to show up at her doorstep any minute. What she did not know was that Avery went straight to Layla's hotel room and kissed her. Previously, he told Layla they were better off as friends. His encounter with Juliette somehow pushed him to give the other woman a chance. When will this "push and pull" situation between husband and wife end?
