2K Sports' latest addition to the NBA 2K series, "NBA 2K16," is now available for both previous generation (PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360) and next-gen (PlayStation 4 and Xbox One) consoles as well as on the PC platform. With that said, fans have probably asked a couple of times before how they can get locker codes for the game as well as earn Virtual Currency (VC) legally. Luckily, various reports have emerged which reveal some very useful codes and methods.  

Early last month, the "NBA 2K16" official Twitter announced the Pink Diamond Jordan Locker Code. However, it seems like fans can also get many more locker codes other than Jordan's. According to Latin Post, 2K Sports has also revealed the codes for LeBron James, Shaquille O'Neil, Paul George, Larry Bird and many more famous NBA stars.

Meanwhile, for fans who are curious as to how they can earn VC legally, YouTuber FLIGHT posted last July 4 the possible method on how to do it. 

The process is quite simple. All the player has to do is download an app and send out their account codes to receive in-app currency. Once the user has saved up enough points, they can then exchange it for Xbox or PlayStation gift cards than can be used to buy VCs in "NBA 2K16." 

With all that said, currently, this is the safest bet that doesn't involve a third-party website that offers a cheat generator or code generators. 

"NBA 2K16" was initially released on Sept. 29. The game is priced at €49.99 (roughly $56) for the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 platforms and €69.99 (roughly $79) for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles, as listed on the game's official shop page.
