ESPN's Twitter account posted sports writer Brian Windhorst's claim that Sacramento Kings have rejected Cleveland Cavaliers' offer for Timofey Mozgov. In another tweet, Windhorst also named Atlanta Hawk's Kyle Korver and two members of New Orleans Pelicans Tyreke Evans and Omer Asik, as players the Cavaliers are interested in. Reportedly, the Boston Celtics also have their eye on Korver.

There are also rumors surrounding Miami Heat's interest in Kings' Rudy Gay and Omri Casspi. It is said that Los Angeles Clippers is also interested in Gay.

There are reports about a failed trade by New York Knicks for Hawks' Jeff Teague who has now set eyes on Detroit Pistons' Brandon Jennings as well. As for players who may reportedly be acquired, rumors say that Milwaukee Bucks won't join this season and players Greg Monroe, Michael Carter-Williams O.J. Mayo and Jerryd Bayless may be traded off.

Other reported trade offers making the rounds at the rumor mill involves Atlanta Hawks' Al Horford, who is said to be eyed by Boston Celtics, Denver Nuggets and Orlando Magic. Another rumor gathered surrounds Indiana Pacers' George Hill, whom the team is offering to swap with Teague. Another swap rumor surrounding Teague is supposed to be made with Magic's Victor Oladipo. Another Magic player said to be up for swap is Tobias Harris.

Trading has long been observed in professional sports. Over the years players have been seen transferring from one team to another. The performance of a player in a recently concluded event becomes the basis of interest towards him.

The deadline for this season's trade is on Feb. 18 at 3 p.m.
