The body of a Navy Lieutenant is discovered in a destroyer in the upcoming episode 4, titled "Love Boat," of the 14th season of the American police procedural drama "NCIS."

After the lifeless body of a navy lieutenant is discovered in a destroyer, Gibbs (Mark Harmon), Quinn (Corey Stoll), and Palmer (Brian Dietzen) decide to travel out to sea to probe the case. They learn that it may have happened during a tiger cruise when civilian guests were given a pass to spend the night on the warship. McGee (Sean Murray), on the other hand, is having a hard time thinking and planning for a perfect proposal for Delilah Fielding (Margo Harshman).

The promo trailer for "Love Boat" shows the team getting a report about the dead body in the destroyer. The clip also reveals that there could be a connection between the body, a popstar, and a ring.

Meanwhile, it was previously reported that "General Hospital" actress Hayley Erin will guest star in the upcoming episode. She will play as Kasey Powers, one of the guests aboard on the ship who could be involved or linked to the murder of the Navy Lieutenant.

In the previous episode, titled "Privileged Information," the show paid tribute to showrunner Gary Glasberg who passed on Sept. 28 in Los Angeles. The episode revealed a message dedicated to Glasberg that reads: "Gary was our rock, our cheerleader, our team captain. He inspired us with his leadership, his creative instincts and keen insight. 'NCIS'will not be the same without him, and each of us will miss his smiling face and unwavering humor, which lifted us every day."

The said episode saw a Marine fell to her death. Then, Gibbs was told by the victim's doctor that the woman may have been murdered.
