Netflix November 2016 new movies, TV shows update: Adds over 70 new titles; to release 'The Crown' and 'Gilmore Girls'

(Facebook/netflixph)Netflix will add over 70 titles in November 2016.

As October comes to an end, movies and television series are also coming and leaving the popular streaming platform Netflix this November. Here is what is known so far about the next month's roster.

The official list of the movies and television series that are coming and leaving in November on Netflix has been released. 2016 is definitely a good year for Netflix. Although October did not offer that much stellar lineup, November is expected to include Halloween movies that were not included on this month's list.

To catch up in the Halloween season, films "Cujo" and "Thinner" are added to the roster. Other good titles include the Coen brothers' "Burn After Reading," the Academy-Award winning film "Boyhood," and the classic film, which stars powerhouses Bogart and Hepburn, "The African Queen." The CW's hit post-apocalyptic drama "The 100's" recently concluded season 3 will be available on the streaming platform, too.

Although Netflix has been most people's go-to place for films and TV series that they fail to watch on the big and small screens, the streaming platform is also known for its original releases. A few original titles are set to debut next month. These include Queen Elizabeth-related series "The Crown" and the reboot of "Gilmore Girls." Other original titles also include "Lovesick," Roman Empire: Reign of Blood," "Case," and thriller "Paranoid."

Although there are some great titles coming in November, some classics will also be leaving after October ends. Before it's too late, viewers may want to catch "Deliverance," "ET The Extra Terrestrial," "The Burbs," and "Spy Game."

The Netflix November list may not be as stellar as those in the past months, but the roster is expected to be a good opening before the much-awaited December list. The number is also fewer, but the quality of the titles is the main focus of next month's list.
