New York Rangers vs Tampa Bay Lightning: Live Stream, Watch online NHL Stanley Cup 2015

(Reinhold Matay / Reuters)The New York Rangers celebrate after beating the Tampa Bay Lightning in Game 6 of their series.

With the Eastern Conference final coming down to one game, the New York Rangers host the Tampa Bay Lightning at the Madison Square Garden in Game 7.

The NHL Stanley Cup playoff match is on May 29, 2015 at 8:00 PM ET.

Both the teams have a legitimate chance of making it to the Stanley Cup final, proving that they can bounce from adversity and come back hard despite facing seemingly insurmountable odds.

Early in the series, New York won the first game to take the series lead, but Tampa Bay displayed strength by bouncing back impressively to even the series.

Then with the shift of momentum, the Lightning led twice in the series only to be leveled both times by the veteran Rangers team.

New York's show of class and composure was most evident when they played Game 6 in what was a do-or-die match for them.

Up 3-2 in the series, the Lightning were within one win before advancing after shutting out the Rangers in New York in Game 5.

In the 2-0 win at the Garden, many questioned whether New York still had it in them to bounce back, which they did very impressively by winning 7-3 in Florida with their playoff lives on the line.

The game in Amalie Arena was one to remember for Rangers fans as New York started aggressively, being rewarded with a goal inside the fourth minute of the first period with Derick Brassard finding the back of the net.

Keith Yandle made it a two-goal game with his goal at the 15:30 mark before Ryan Callahan took one back for the Lightning.

However, it was in the third period when New York established their dominance after three straight goals in five minutes opened up the game.

JT Miller, James Sheppard and Brassard extended their lead to 5-1 and despite Nikita Kucherov's attempt to revive Tampa Bay, the night clearly belonged to New York, as Brassard completed his hat-trick to end the game and tie the series.

Now both teams will have at least 60 more minutes to decide who goes on and who goes home.
