'Orphan Black' season 5 spoilers, updates: Cast tease final season at PaleyFest

In a few more months, Graeme Manson's science fiction thriller "Orphan Black" will be back for its fifth season, starring Emmy winning lead actress Tatiana Maslany. At this year's PaleyFest, the "Orphan Black" panel shared a few details about the upcoming season premiere.

(Facebook/Orphan Black)"Orphan Black" season 5 will have 10 episodes.

"I feel like Rachel had the biggest arcs and she's gone through a lot of transformation; she's had a lot of things that changed her power entirely and now we see her clamoring back into power," Maslany teased audiences at the event.

To recap, the villainous Rachel's familial issues were revealed last season. Viewers were finally introduced to the mother who abandoned the successful and seemingly heartless clone.

"We wanted her to rise through her villainy," executive producer John Fawcett shared. "We love her so much, we can't help but make people sympathize with her."

From what the panel teased at the event, viewers should expect to learn more about the operation that Rachel is handling. More importantly, fans should expect to see the man behind it. P.T. Westmoreland, a neolutionist who wrote a paper on cloning, lives in an island with most of Rachel's sister clones. This will be revealed in the very first episode of the forthcoming season.

The clones hosted in the island barely have any means of communication with each other. A camp called Revival, which sits near Westmoreland's mansion, is used as a sanctuary for the next generation of clones. While Cosima is in no hurry to leave the island, since she thinks she has the answer to her sister clones' survival, Sarah is doing what she can to bust her out of there. Furthermore, Cosima will be reunited with her lover Delphine (Evelyne Brochu) in the final season.

"Orphan Black" season 5 is expected to come with 10 episodes.

The fifth and final season of "Orhpan Black" premieres on June 10, Saturday, at 10 p.m. EDT on BBC America.
