'Outlander' season 3 spoilers, news, rumors: Brianna travels through time to meet Jamie?

(Facebook/OutlanderTVSeries.starz)Will Jamie and Brianna finally meet each other in "Outlander" season 3?

It seems Claire isn't the only one traveling back in time to see how the Battle of Culloden fared as recent reports suggest that Brianna will also travel on her own in "Outlander" season three to discover the truth about her paternity.

Brianna (Sophie Skelton) has never met her true father since Claire (Caitriona Balfe) returned to the future as a very pregnant woman before the Battle of Culloden started so the two of them could live on.

It was a very painful decision to make, both for Claire and Jamie (Sam Heughan), but they knew what they had to do. Twenty years later, Brianna will also want to know the truth and may want to meet her biological father.

It is already expected that Jamie and Claire will see each other again in "Outlander" season three, but the bigger rumor is that Brianna will also finally be reunited with her father. How will she react when she travels back in time? Will she be able to accept the truth about her roots and the adventures that her mother and father have been through?

While Brianna is now a grown-up and she should be ready to face any confrontations and truths about life, the fact that she grew up without the presence and love of her true father could affect how she will react when she's finally face-to-face with Jamie.

Meanwhile, E! News reported earlier this month that "Faith," the season two soundtrack that broke the hearts of many, will be released in full before the end of October. The said music was composed by Bear McCreary, who wrote the song with his infant daughter as his inspiration.

"Faith" was played when Claire discovered that she miscarried her child named Faith. The episode was full of emotions and looming loneliness as a mother is seen trying to get over her loss.

McCreary says of the song, which will be released in full on Oct. 28: "I wept openly as I scored the final scene in this episode. When I finished the last note, I went into my infant daughter's room, picked her up and held her close for an hour, grateful for her inspiration."

"Faith" is available for pre-orders on Amazon and iTunes.

"Outlander" season three is expected to premiere sometime early 2017 on Starz.
